Ingredients
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic, grated
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 15g Unsalted Butter
- 1 Tsp Flaky Sea Salt
- Pinch of chilli flakes (to taste)
Method
- Add the chopped tomatoes to saucepan and break up any larger chunks with a spoon
- Grate in the garlic, add the oil, salt and chilli flakes (if using).
- Bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the butter.
